Florida Bar Board Certified
Certification is The Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation of the competency and experience of attorneys in the 26 areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida. Only 7% of eligible Florida Bar members, approximately 4,800 lawyers, are board certified. Partners, Richard J. Roselli and Lisa A. McNelis, are both Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyers.

Membership into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law. In 2016, Nicholas J. Roselli was selected for the Top 40 under 40 for Civil Trial Lawyers in the State of Florida.

Selection to America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators® is by invitation only and is comprised of the nation’s most exceptional trial lawyers for high stakes legal matters. For initial consideration, an attorney must have successfully litigated (for either plaintiff or defendant) a matter (1) with at least $2,000,000 in alleged damages at stake or (2) with the fate of a business worth at least $2,000,000 at stake. Thereafter, qualifying candidates are ranked based on a broad array of criteria, including the candidate’s professional experience, legal achievements, significant case results, peer reputation, and community impact to determine the Top 100 High Stakes Litigators in each state*.

The National Brain Injury Trial Lawyers Association – Top 25
Membership in The National Brain Injury Trial Lawyers Association – Top 25 is limited to the Top 25 lawyers in each state. The criteria for membership include:
- Reputation among peers, the judiciary and the public in the specialty area of practice
- Achievements as a specialist in the above area of focus
- Board certification ( if available by State Bar recognition) as a lawyer in the specialty area
- Nominations from leading lawyers, current members and Executive Committee members of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 or Executive Committee of the Specialty Association
Memberships are reviewed annually to assure that the membership of The National Brain Injury Trial Lawyers Association is made up of only the finest and best Brain Injury attorneys from each state or region.
