Nicholas J. Roselli, Esq.

Nicholas J. Roselli was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and grew up in South Florida. He attended Pope John Paul II High School in Boca Raton, Florida. Thereafter, Nick attended Auburn University, where he was a member of the Pi Lambda Sigma, pre-law honor society, and graduated with Cum Laude Honors, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. After college, Nick attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree.

While attending law school, Nick worked as a Law Clerk with the law firm of Roselli & McNelis, obtaining practical experience in all aspects of the legal practice involving the Representation of the Injured and their families. Since joining Roselli & McNelis as an Attorney, Nick has had experience handling cases which involved motor vehicle and trucking accidents, motorcycle and bicycle accidents,  pedestrian accidents, medical malpractice and nursing home claims, medication errors, and premises liability claims. His achievements as a trial lawyer have been recognized by his peers as he has been selected as a “Rising Star” by Florida’s SUPERLAWYERS since 2018, listed in The National Trial Lawyers: TOP 40 UNDER 40 for Civil Plaintiff Lawyers in the State of Florida since 2017, and included in the inaugural edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his work in Personal Injury Law. Nick was also selected to the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorney’s (AIOPIA) “10 Best” for Client Satisfaction in Southern Florida for 2016 & 2017.

Nick is professionally a member of The American Bar Association, the American Association of Justice, the Florida Justice Association, Southern Trial Lawyers Association, the Broward County Bar Association, Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, South Palm Beach County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Nick is also a member of the Auburn University Alumni Association, the Gold Coast Auburn Club, the Pope John Paul II High School Alumni Association, the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center Alumni Association, and St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church.

Nick recognizes the importance of giving back to the community and has also been involved with several local charities, including working as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity building homes for the underprivileged. He has also served as an invited speaker for local high school students regarding career choices and opportunities.

Nick is a Partner with the law firm of Roselli & McNelis in Boca Raton, Florida, where he dedicates his practice to the Representation of the Injured and Their Families.

When he is not in the office, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Monica, twin boys Vincent & Christian, and daughter Scarlett. He also enjoys playing golf, fishing, cooking, and live music.
